Our Senior Advisors
They regularly challenge us, they sometimes shake us up and they always broaden our horizons. Our six Senior Advisors at overthemoon share with us their desire to expand collective intelligence.
We meet four times a year to discuss current topics and major strategic orientations at overthemoon. Their outside view, advice and experience are a precious tool for us.
The promise of a better world requires input from every person. And to create a better world together means that every person must be able to interact, build and debate with the others. This is where collaborative working comes into play.
Our challenge is to develop a project to invent a new era of working… by assisting organisations to develop more collaborative methods of operation.
The Dircom (Communication Directors) and HR (Human Resources) circles are monthly at-large meetings of managers who share their projects and issues.
These circles, facilitated by the overthemoon team, provide a space for them to raise pertinent questions about different modes of action, enabling them to work as a group to collectively seek responses to the changes that are currently taking place in all professions.
L’Ecole aims to REVIVE THE DESIRE to learn in the school environment. We create a movement of teachers and parents who believe it is necessary to change the learning paradigm.
Fostering the pleasure of learning means moving away from “doing well at school” towards “enjoying learning”.
